Energy Saving & Solar Reflection
Here's the mostly widely used screen type in modern horticulture. When the sun is beating down the screen reflects excess heat. When the outdoor temperature drops, any heat rising in the greenhouse is bounced back down on to the plants reducing the risk of condensation on the crop - and saving energy. A great way to optimize your growing climate with or without heating.
Mostly for use inside the greenhouse with either sliding and suspended systems or rolling systems, but there's also the CPLS screens for open roof structures.
SLS HARMONY
Diffusion, shading and cooling
During the day SLS HARMONY reflects sunlight to keep greenhouse cool and reduce overheating. Its white strips also provide a high level of light diffusion - bringing light to the plants in many more angles and stimulating growth. During the night it helps to retain the heat, maintaining a steady temperature and saving energy. The steadier temperature minimizes formation of dew the crop, reducing the risk of fungal diseases.
All Svensson inside screens can be used under all type of greenhouses cover. Their unique knitted structure reduces condensation and allows them to be bundled to a small size for maximum available light. They are UV stable and remain clean and effective for a long time.
